Moyo Shrine （毛陽神社）| Iwamizawa （岩見沢）

Visiting a famous shrine at New Year's Eve sounds wonderful, but how about a local small shrine in a remote area?

Bonfires were made along the shrine approach.... Looks sacred....

We really love this atmosphere......
Actually we've visited famous shrines every year, and it takes around two hours to walk along the approach only....., but this year it takes only 30 seconds!!!
"5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0...... Happy New Year!!!" We enjoyed the moment with several local people!!

"May this year be a wonderful one with my tour guests......"

After saying a prayer, we enjoyed sake offered to a god （お神酒） at the shrine.....

The new year was one of the most memorable ones throughout my life.......
